Join a dynamic, purpose-driven marketing team that’s passionate about helping independent garages thrive. You’ll be part of our small but mighty B2B marketing team, reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing and working alongside a talented B2B Marketing Manager. Together, you’ll drive growth, engagement, and brand strength across our garage network.


The B2B team sits within the wider marketing department of skilled, collaborative marketers who champion innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully, learn from others, and help shape how BookMyGarage shows up in the market.


We’re looking for an experienced, versatile, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll bring a broad skill set across digital and event marketing, and a proactive mindset excited by experimentation, learning, and making a real difference. Your work will directly influence how thousands of garages discover and engage with BookMyGarage.


Predominant day-to-day tasks:


  • Events that connect and convert: From trade shows and webinars to corporate hospitality events, you’ll help us show up brilliantly and build meaningful relationships.
  • Email campaigns that spark action: Craft compelling journeys that re-engage prospects and nurture leads.
  • Trade press presence: Ensure our voice is heard in the right places, with the right message across the automotive trade titles.
  • Building the brand: Collaborate with trade titles to identify and negotiate paid media opportunities alongside briefing and managing any creative assets required.
  • ·LinkedIn storytelling: Strengthen our brand presence and showcase our values through engaging content with consistent posts.
  • PR collaboration: Help shape stories that spotlight our impact and innovation.
  • Garage testimonials: Source and create powerful stories that build trust and credibility.
  • Merchandise strategy: Deliver thoughtful, brand-aligned experiences to our garage partners.


The above task and duties are not exhaustive but provide an essence of the role. You will be asked to support with other marketing activities, although not specifically take ownership for them.

 


Specific Skills Required:


  • It would be advantageous to have knowledge and previous experience of using, obtaining and manipulating data from CRM platforms as well as previously used marketing automation platforms.
  • An understanding of Google Analytics and Meta ad platforms.
  • You will have previous experience of having successfully taken ownership of managing events and their execution, where you will be able to cite examples.
  • A creative flair with the ability to write copy, and refine using AI tools, for asset and content creation across channels.

  • Agility - As a business that has grown rapidly since its conception 10 years ago, we are constantly innovating and evolving to adapt to our customer needs. With this in mind, you will need to be agile and have the ability to adapt and pivot quickly.
  • Industry Insight (Desirable) – While not essential, knowledge of the automotive and aftersales sector would be an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Degree or equivalent/CIM qualification
  • At least 3 years as a B2B Marketing Manager

 

Place of work:

  • You will be based in the UK (a must) and be able to commute to our Portsmouth office at least once a week.
  • Your role will predominantly be remote where you must have the facilities to work from home effectively. You will be required to come into the office every Wednesday, and sometimes additional days (where required), especially in the initial stages of your employment.
  • Working hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am-4.30pm on a Friday.
  • Outside of the normal working requirement, you may be requested to travel, on an occasional basis, particularly around supporting events.


Benefits:

  • Salary - £45,000-£48,000 (depending on experience)
