Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Back of House Supervisor who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
The Role
As a Back of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of our kitchen and back-of-house operations. You will support the Stewarding leadership team in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the pot wash and dishwashing areas, ensuring all kitchen and restaurant materials are properly maintained and hygienically cleaned.

The Role
As a Back of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of our kitchen and back-of-house operations. You will support the Stewarding leadership team in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the pot wash and dishwashing areas, ensuring all kitchen and restaurant materials are properly maintained and hygienically cleaned.
What You Will Do
- Supervise the daily operations of the dishwasher areas.
- Ensure all dishes, silverware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all back-of-house areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support and guide the stewarding team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Uphold and enforce the hotel’s recycling and sustainability policies.
- Monitor inventory and assist in the maintenance of stewarding equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure timely and effective support for all outlets and events.
- Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- £38,000 package which includes F&B service charge, and salary.
