An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Healthcare Assistants that are excited to be part of Coral Ward within Ardenleigh Women's Secure Blended Service
You will act as a positive role model for staff and service users in a manner that reflects the Trauma Informed core values and the values of the trust. This is an opportunity for Healthcare Assistants to work in a complex but very rewarding and caring environment which is within a secure setting.
- Please note that you will be required to work day and night shifts as this is 24/7 service
To work within an established team who always strive to offer high quality care to our service users. We are looking for someone who can adapt to change, be open to new experiences and is able to communicate easily with people from diverse backgrounds. You will receive regular clinical supervision/reflective practice from a range of professionals to enable you to excel within your role on the ward. You will also have access to additional training to enhance your learning around Trauma Informed Care and Dialectical Behavioural Skills awareness.
