This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate dietitian to join the Paediatric Home Enteral Nutrition Service across Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.
As a Band 5 Paediatric Home Enteral Dietitian, you will work under the guidance of a Specialist Paediatric Dietitian to assess and support children receiving enteral nutrition in their homes and community settings. You will provide evidence-based nutritional advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, contribute to service development, and support departmental activities.

As a Band 5 Paediatric Home Enteral Dietitian, you will independently manage a clinical caseload, providing evidence-based nutritional assessment and dietary advice to paediatric patients in their homes and community settings across Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.
You will work closely with carers, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to develop, monitor, and adjust nutritional care plans. The role includes supporting safe discharge planning, contributing to service development, and delivering training to students and staff.
You will also assist in maintaining departmental resources and participate in clinical governance activities including audits and policy development
