Description
On a daily basis you will use your clinical knowledge to make decisions about patients in your care and your communication skills to communicate with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimum patient care. The post holder will take responsibility for the Theatre Scrub Team in the absence of the Band 7 Manager, who has continuing 24-hour responsibility. They will hold responsibility for staff management in the absence of the Theatre Scrub Manager. The successful candidate must be a registered Nurse or ODP with the relevant NMC/HCPC registration.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, motivated, flexible, pro-active and committed to continuing CPD with a willingness to learn new skills.
