This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to work as a Neighbourhood Mental Health Team Clinical Lead within the South Solihull Community Mental Health wellbeing service.
As part of the Community Mental Health Transformation, our Neighbourhood Teams are working within GP surgeries with the aim of being more accessible and embedded within our communities.
The NMHT clinical lead will also work closely with the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) within the South Solihull Mental Health Wellbeing service to ensure effective integrated working which will support the seamless transition of service users through the pathways in accordance with their needs.
The Clinical Lead is a pivotal role in embedding of services within Primary Care Networks, and supporting the increased integration of the Neighbourhood Team and the CMHT. The role will provide leadership and support to staff within the Solihull Wellbeing service, and will provide and support high quality clinical care.

You will provide clinical leadership, support and supervision to clinical staff, and support the team with advice and guidance on the management of complex clinical cases
You will ensure that the team works in a collaborative manner with all agencies across the clinical pathway, and you will support effective communication
You will support the team in delivering holistic, recovery focused mental health care
You will ensure that standards of care are measured and reviewed
You will support service improvement, and lead on some workstreams
You will provide safe and effective triage, assessment and clinical intervention, and to support others to do so
You will provide effective leadership within the Wellbeing HUB to ensure the seamless transition of service users through the pathways in accordance with their needs.
