Job Summary To undertake a significant clinical caseload to a high professional standard, using specialist knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical experience To provide specialized clinical leadership in womens and Mens health. To identify evidence based clinical developments and support their delivery through coordination and evaluation of the service. To take a lead role in the advanced assessment and treatment of womens and mens health patients who will often have highly complex, and/or chronic presentation and for whom several factors will often provide a barrier to communication. Use advanced clinical reasoning skills to determine clinical diagnosis and Physiotherapy treatment indicated and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
To lead appropriate research and development within the specialty and to disseminate / present results. To be a resource of knowledge, skills and experience across the Trust.. To offer clinical supervision and mentoring to other members of the Womens and Mens health team.
