The post holder will play a pivotal role within the ICCR Directorate Leadership Team, driving forward a portfolio of high-impact service improvement initiatives aligned with learning from the BSol Community Mental Health Transformation Programme and local strategic priorities.
The Senior Programme Manager will provide overall Senior Programme Management leadership to the project Team and maintain oversight of the many strategic groups and projects.
The post holder will provide senior programme management leadership to the ICCR Directorate, supporting the transition to business-as-usual operations while driving the strategic direction of adult community and rehabilitation mental health services. They will lead the implementation of complex, high-impact projects aligned with national and local priorities, working closely with clinical leads, managers, service users, and regional and national partners. With a strong emphasis on embedding effective project management practices, the role will promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensure robust governance, and support strategic decision-making. Acting as a key point of contact, the post holder will influence stakeholders, oversee integration planning across diverse services, and contribute to high-level strategic discussions to deliver meaningful service transformation.
