What is the job?
As a Housekeeping Team Member at Bank Apartments, you'll ensure that our apartments are perpetually 'fresh and inviting,' providing our guests with a tranquil escape after their busy day. Your impeccable touch will transform their accommodations into a sanctuary where they can unwind and relax. You and your team will be the architect of unforgettable experiences, leaving a lasting impression on every guest who crosses our threshold.

Up to £12.50 per hour, dependent on age

About The Role
Your day to day
- Elevate every room to perfection with our high standards, turning each space into a unique and unforgettable oasis for our cherished guests by cleaning, servicing apartments as per established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, removing rubbish, etc.
- Embrace your role as a helpful and welcoming host, ever ready to assist guests with their needs, whether it's providing assistance or offering directions to local attractions.
- Keep your Manager in the loop about room service progress and promptly.
- Alert your Manager to any cleaning equipment and machinery repairs needed, ensuring a seamless and delightful stay for our guests.
- Safety is of paramount importance as you diligently adhere to our cleaning procedures, using any cleaning supplies correctly and wear protective equipment when required, safeguarding both guests and team members.
- Comply with the health and safety, fire, evacuation and security regulations and procedures of the Apartment Building
- Showcase your organisational skills by staying on top of supplies and amenities, minimising waste to create an eco-conscious environment and ensure our guests' needs are consistently met.
- Reunite items with their owners, while meticulously logging any lost and found property.
- Embrace the spirit of camaraderie during unexpected moments, as we come together as to conquer any challenge that arises.
- Dive into exciting deep cleaning projects, leaving no corner unturned in your pursuit of maintaining an immaculate and inviting environment.
- Embrace versatility by lending a hand with various other duties as assigned, and work in other departments, if need be, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to our shared success.

Required Criteria
- Ability to work within a Team and also independently
- High standards of Attention to Detail
- Strong Time Management skills and flexible with regards to working hours
- Ability to communicate and follow instruction
- Must have a clear understanding of speaking and understanding English.
Desired Criteria
- Experience within a Housekeeping role or Cleaning role
- Experience within the Hospitality, care provider or retail sectors.
