The successful candidates will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and professional nursing care to individuals in a variety of settings, including mental health inpatient wards and community services. You will work flexibly, providing high-quality care as needed to support the staffing requirements of the Trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients in a safe, effective, and compassionate manner.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care plans for patients.
- Administer medications, monitor progress, and assist with clinical procedures.
- Provide support to patients with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, or other complex needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with Trust policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and contribute to team learning.
- On occasion acting as the Nurse in Charge, providing quality leadership to services.
