Pharmacy Technician | Hull | Bank | Monday to Saturday work available |

Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital is recruiting for an experienced and capable Pharmacy Technician on a bank basis. Working as part of this close-knit department, you will provide an exemplary specialist technical service to support the pharmacy department and other areas of the hospital that stock medicines.

Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital is based in Anlaby, near Humber Bridge and the hospital provides care for patients across East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire. Our hospital offers a range of services and procedures including orthopaedic, general surgery, weight loss surgery, eye surgery and cosmetic surgery. Other services include, radiology - MRI and CT and physiotherapy. Duties And Responsibilities

• Contribute to the safe and effective use of medicines, ensuring cost efficiency
• Assist in assessing people’s health and well-being within the context of their medicines.
• Movement and management of medicines.
• Modify and structure data, information, computer records and stock management documents.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• A Pharmacy Technician who has the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A Pharmacy Dispenser will also be considered for this vacancy dependent on experience.
• GPC Registered / Dispensing Qualification
• Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail and produce and maintain accurate records
• IT literate and a competent user of the MS Office.
• Experience of administrative duties e.g. ordering, receiving, data checking, audits
