Spire Leicester Hospital have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inpatient Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy department. We are looking for someone who has the capacity to provide cover during weekends, as well as being able to provide support during the week to cover for Annual leave, sickness etc.

Duties And Responsibilities
To provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to patients on the ward including inpatient and day case procedures.
Discuss, agree, and explain responsibilities for the physiotherapy assessment of patients, including their needs and any associated risks.
Using clinical reasoning skills develop treatment plans that are appropriate to the patient taking into consideration their physiotherapy care, risks and wellbeing.
Who We Are Looking For
- You must be a qualified physiotherapist with a valid HCPC registration
- You must have at least 12 months post-graduate experience with inpatient experience
- Experience in orthopaedics ideally
- Experience in managing a caseload with confidence in clinical reasoning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop personalised treatment plans.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Team player with collaborative skills.
- Organisational and time management skills
