Bank Physiotherapy Administrator | Administration | Private Healthcare | Horley, West Sussex | Bank Ad-hoc shifts

Spire Gatwick Park is currently looking to recruit for an Administrator on a bank/occasional basis to work in the Physiotherapy department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and have a great impact.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Welcoming, registering, and booking appointments, including the accurate collection of credit card details and patient information
  • Booking outpatient insured appointments
  • Booking follow up appointments
  • Administration tasks within the booking team
  • Management online bookings
  • Clinic preparation /cancelling and building clinics
  • Call handling
  • Checking patients in on the reception desk
  • Being the point of contact for consultants during their clinics

Who We're Looking For

  • A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High degree of accuracy in administration
  • Great communication skills at all levels
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience with information management systems

Contract: Bank 0 hours contract

Hours: Shifts will vary between 8am, 10am or 12pm start working a 6 hour shift. Ideally looking something can work Monday AM, Wednesday PM, potentially Thursday, Friday all day
