Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Supervisor, based in Guildford. The Bar Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensure exceptional customer service, supervise and train bar staff, monitor inventory levels, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role involves coordinating with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide bar staff
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage management and operations
• Ability to provide Training and development for bar staff
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• A passion for delivering high-quality service and maintaining high standards
