Role Description

This is a full-time 40 hour contract, on-site role for a Bar Supervisor located in Greater London. The Bar Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include staff training, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing effective leadership to the team. The role also involves regular communication with management and members to optimize the bar experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead a team
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Experience in employee Training
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality environment is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
