We are excited to welcome new Bar Team Members to The Rule. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training and support you need. We value team collaboration and are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

A Little Bit About Us…

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. By day, The Rule is a family-friendly pub boasting a menu that caters for every taste. With over 20 screens, we show all live sport including football, NFL, boxing, and rugby, for our guests to enjoy. As the lights go down, the music goes up, and the party gets going. With an extensive drinks menu and the best DJs in town, we offer something for everyone.
