Your purpose

To deliver exceptional coffee and beverage service in order to reflect the high standards and unique atmosphere of the club.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas with precision and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of yourcoffee stations and surrounding areas at all times.
• Provide attentive, discreet, and friendly service, building rapport with members while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained and operated safely and according to club policies.
• Work closely your colleagues to coordinate a seamless service at all times.
• Stay updated on menu offerings and promotions in order to make thoughtful recommendations to members / guests.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and participating in training and development opportunities.
