Job Title: Business Analyst
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in digital banking and agile delivery. This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing innovative digital solutions that meet customer needs, comply with regulatory standards, and align with agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements for digital banking initiatives.
- Lead analysis of customer journeys, digital onboarding, payments, and self-service capabilities.
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria using agile methodologies.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support product owners with backlog prioritisation and sprint planning.
- Conduct impact assessments, regulatory gap analyses, and feasibility studies.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive, accessible, and compliant digital experiences.
- Support testing, validation, and go-live readiness for digital banking features.
- Promote agile best practices and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in digital banking or fintech environments.
- Proven track record in agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong understanding of digital banking products such as mobile banking, digital onboarding, payments, and open banking.
- Proficiency with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with banking regulations including PSD2, KYC/AML, and GDPR.
