Reporting to our Global BDR Manager, Redgate is recruiting for a BDR Team Lead position to coach and develop our UK and US based BDR Team enabling them to become more successful. You’ll fast become an expert in Redgate’s portfolio of database change management and operations solutions but bring with you the people management skill set that enables growth, productivity and help the BDR team surpass quota.

£45,000 - £58,000 Basic + £20,000 Bonus, depending on experience.
