💰Salary: up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

What you’ll do:

Lead and develop a team of Junior Business Development Representative & Sales Development Executives.
Manage and grow revenues from new and existing accounts.
Upsell and cross-sell a broad portfolio of IT products and services.
Build strong relationships with customers and vendor partners.
Ensure accurate CRM data and support account managers.
Drive incremental sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
