They need a player manager.
This person will lead from the front, inspiring a team of 5 BDRs with customers across pharmaceutical, biotech and private health.
- Career progression to Director level within 3 years

Heres what youll be doing in the first 12 months:
- Driving new revenue in line with the ambitious company vision
- Building, recruiting and developing your own BDR team
- Coaching existing team and helping progress their careers
- Leading and growing the customer base across the UK, US and Europe
- Working closely with the exec team on business strategy
About You

- 5+ years experience selling in a SaaS/IT solutions company.
- Passion for leadership, you may be an experienced or future leader
- Proven success in driving methodologies that deliver results
- Excited to make a difference in a fast growth tech scale up
- Helpful if you have knowledge of selling globally
- Foreign languages
