School Behaviour Administrator
Outwood Academy Normanby
Start Date: September 2025
Salary (Actual Salary ):Grade 4, SCP 7-8 (£ 8,605 - £8,742)
Working Pattern: Working 2 days per week (days to be discussed during interview) 8-4pm, term time only plus 2 days.
As a behaviour administrator, you will work closely with our student support team to support the provision of students with the aim of helping them to overcome barriers to their learning and development.
You will be the first point of contact in managing the consequences system, overseeing the logging and tracking of student data to provide reports to senior leadership. Equally, in this role you will be required to communicate with families as appropriate, reporting student behaviour, as well as with the relevant outside agencies and organisations. You will liaise with students, parents and staff face to face and via telephone and email to ensure the smooth running or our reintegration, suspension and exclusion processes. The key to this is ensuring that students return to school following a period of absence with the necessary support to succeed.
This is an excellent role for any individuals that have a passion for supporting students and families to ensure they are supported within their education.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have excellent administrative and IT skills, be extremely well organised and have the ability to prioritise work.
