We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic PA to provide administrative support to the Behaviour Team.
The successful candidate will promote and support effective communication between the academy and parents/carers. They will support the data, administration and processes surrounding behaviour, interventions and suspensions.
Responsibilities Include
- Completing suspension paperwork and producing letters.
- Collate and record robust evidence, and monitor and track all suspensions in line with government guidance.
- Collate and distribute work for suspended students.
- Support with permanent exclusion documentation.
- Co-ordinate staff diaries and arrange return to learning meetings.
- Track dates and organise review meetings
- Attend and take minutes of meetings.
- Support the Safeguarding Team where necessary.
