As Behaviour Support Lead at Ormiston Latimer Academy, you will play a key role in creating a calm, safe, and inclusive environment where all students, particularly those with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs can thrive. Working closely with staff, students and families, you will lead on the development and implementation of effective behaviour support strategies, reduce barriers to learning, and help students feel understood, valued, and supported throughout their educational journey.
About Ormiston Latimer Academy
The main provision at Ormiston Latimer Academy is for secondary-aged learners who are at risk of, or have been permanently excluded from, mainstream education. We serve the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and neighbouring London boroughs, offering a high-quality alternative provision focused on personalised support and positive outcomes.
