Were looking for a Belonging Coordinator to join our People Partnering team and help bring Mencaps 2030 strategy to life. This is a key coordination role, reporting to the Strategic People Lead for Belonging, and supporting the delivery of our Belonging priorities across the organisation.
Youll work closely with our Belonging Networks and teams across Mencap, helping to embed equity, inclusion, and belonging into everything we do. Whether its supporting campaigns, organising learning activities, or ensuring communication flows smoothly, youll play an important part in creating a culture where colleagues can thrive.
