Responsibilities will includ

  • e:Assist with collating New Starters information for payroll set-
  • upCollating information such as changes in personal details for update to payro
  • llAssist with Payroll Inbox adm
  • inHoliday Record Adjustments and Reconciliations & Holiday Buy Adm
  • inContacting employees to check and agree holiday bookin
  • gsPrivate Medical Health – keeping records updated online and reconciling annually for policy renew
  • alTravel Insurance – keeping records updated and reconciling annually for policy renew
  • alAdminister Employee Share Option Scheme including deduction calculations and refunds for scheme leave
  • rsCycle Scheme account administrati
  • onChildcare Scheme administration (reducin
  • g)Relocation Administrati
  • onCalculation of statutory/company payments for Statutory Maternity Pay/Statutory Paternity Pay/Shared Parental Pay e
