We have an excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager to join our team in Leeds in a key role with the work winning and pre construction space.

Location: Leeds
Hours:37.5 Hours P/W Full Time but we can offer some flexibility on hours if desired so just let us know

As a Bid Manager, you'll be at the heart of our pre-construction strategy, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive successful tendering outcomes. You'll lead bid teams, craft compelling strategies, and ensure our submissions reflect innovation, precision, and client-centric thinking.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage early with clients to understand needs and tailor bid strategies for high value, technically complex projects.
- Assemble and lead bid teams with the right expertise across disciples such as planning, design, commercial, operational delivery, digital, health and safety and environmental.
- Chair bid meetings, set timelines, and coordinate stakeholder input and manage outputs in line with the tender programme.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical insights, collate and incorporate into Tender.
- Review and refine bid content to align with strategic goals.
- Present confidently to internal and external stakeholders both in person and remote in interview situations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including MMC, BIM, and Lean Construction to ensure we are at the forefront of modern costruction methods.
What You'll Bring
- Degree level, or equivalent, qualification in a relevant discipline - Construction management/ quantity surveying/ architecture etc
- Proven experience managing bids in a Tier 1 construction environment.
- Strong technical/commercial construction knowledge.
- Deep understanding of framework procurement
- Familiarity with BIM, Lean Construction, and 5D cost planning (desirable).
- Full UK Driving License
