Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Bid Manager located in Greater London, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Bid Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire bid process, including bid preparation, bid management, bid writing, and proposal management. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments to gather necessary information, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and delivering high-quality, winning bids.

Qualifications

• Bid Preparation and Bid Writing skills
• Experience in Bid Management and Proposal Management
• Knowledge of Bid Processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the security services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
