We’re looking for a Bid Manager to lead our end-to-end tender and bid management process – from spotting opportunities to submitting polished, persuasive proposals that help us win new business and retain key customers.

You’ll work closely with sales, operations, commercial and asset teams, and you’ll be the go-to expert on all things PQQ, RFI and RFP. 📝
🧠 If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail, love structure and strategy, and know how to keep multiple plates spinning – we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Owning the bid pipeline & tender submissions 📂
Managing the bid library & key portals 🧾
Reviewing T&Cs & identifying opportunity wins🔍
Working closely with stakeholders across the business🤝
Reporting on activity, outcomes & improvements📊
What We're Looking For:
Proven bid management/tender experience ✔️
Strong communication & document writing skills ✔️
Construction or related sector experience preferred ✔️
Commercial awareness & eye for detail ✔️
Driven, organised and collaborative ✔️
