Bid Writer - Key Tasks

• Day to day management and co-ordination of bids and marketing material
• Supporting the Ridge North offices with key submission and marketing administration
• Helping to write and compile bids for tender submissions, co-ordinating with the Marketing Team, Team Assistants, Partners, and Bid Leaders
• Compiling presentations and brochures including graphical material which is easily decipherable
• Sharing and gathering office news to communicate internally and externally
• Helping to maintain our library of model submissions and project case studies
  
  

Experience And Skills Required

To be considered for this role you should demonstrate / possess / be:

• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in the preparation of bids / submissions in the construction industry
• Strong time and project management skills
• Working knowledge of social media platforms including creating dynamic and engaging content
• A high-level of interpersonal skills and a strong ‘can do’ attitude is essential
• Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail to include proof-reading documents
• Excellent communications skills and confidence interacting with managers and external clients
• Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a vibrant and thriving office
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• IT proficient, InDesign and Open Asset experience would be a plus however training will be provided
