This role sits within the Pensions & Incentives Commercial Team.


Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Bids and Business Development Manager at ZEDRA Group. The role is based in London but allows for some remote work. The Bids and Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the bid process, coordinating proposal development, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and supporting the growth of the company.


Qualifications

  • Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in bid management, business development, and proposal coordination
  • Knowledge of financial services, pensions or related industries
  • Existing network within the pensions or incentives markets
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Professional certifications are a plus
