Bids and Tender Coordinator to support our tendering process and help secure key contracts in both public and private healthcare sectors.

About The Company And Role
Our client is a trusted supplier of medical products to NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and government bodies across the UK. Known for their commitment to quality and compliance, they are now looking for a proactive individual who can assist with the preparation and submission of tenders and frameworks.
As
Bids and Tender Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Bid Manager and other departments to ensure accurate, compelling submissions are delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, is highly organised, and wants to develop a career in bids, tenders, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tender responses and supporting documents
- Maintain an up-to-date tracker of tender deadlines and compliance requirements
- Gather information and input from internal teams to compile responses
- Help develop and maintain a library of standard answers and templates
- Ensure all documents meet required standards and deadlines
- Support ongoing improvements to bid processes and documentation
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in a similar role, or a background in administration/marketing/project coordination, is beneficial but not essential
- A keen interest in developing a career in bid writing and tender management
(Experience with NHS tenders is advantageous but full training will be provided.)
