New Opportunity: Bids & Tenders Manager – £70-£80k | Remote/Hybrid | Immediate Start

Are you a seasoned Bids & Tenders professional with experience leading complex, high-value proposals? We're supporting a leading healthcare organisation to find an expert who can build a best-practice bid framework, lead and write active bids and develop the wider SME team.

You’ll need:

Proven success in managing large-scale bids (healthcare/NHS experience ideal)
Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching capability
Strategic and commercial acumen
Exceptional writing skills to win bids

This is a hands-on, high-impact role—perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and drive transformation in a fast-paced environment.

Remote/Hybrid (Head Office: Midlands)
Start: Ideally August/September
Salary: £70–£80k base
