Description
A leading global financial institution is seeking a BigID Consultant to support its enterprise-wide cloud migration and privacy platform transformation. This role is focused on BigID and the Privacy Portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert for BigID and Privacy Portal, ensuring stability, security and availability across environments (OpenShift/Azure)
- Lead and perform version upgrades, maintenance and hygiene tasks in line with platform standards
- Define the future-state support model for BigID SaaS, incorporating observability, alerting and automation best practices
- Plan and execute the decommissioning of the Legacy Azure-hosted BigID platform after SaaS migration
- Collaborate with privacy, cyber and risk teams to align on compliance, monitoring and controls
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Deep hands-on experience and subject matter expertise in BigID (on-prem and SaaS)
- Strong understanding of data discovery, privacy, and classification policies
- Exposure to Privacy Portal or similar data privacy management platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise data protection policies and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Able to work with cross-functional teams including cyber, risk, cloud, and data governance
- Background in financial services or highly regulated industries (preferred)
