We’re seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead our UK and offshore operations, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely timesheet, billing, payment processes for our candidates and be the first point of escalation for complex billing queries.

We’re looking for a Billings Manager to take ownership of our UK and offshore billing operations – ensuring candidates are paid accurately and on time, every time.

You will:

• Lead & Motivate: Manage and inspire a high-performing team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Resolve & Escalate: Be the first point of escalation for complex timesheet, billing, and payment queries – solving issues quickly and professionally.
• Optimise Processes: Ensure compliance with payroll procedures, champion automation initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Coach & Develop: Mentor, train, and guide both onshore and offshore teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and keep teams informed of changes that impact payment schedules.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in billing, finance operations, or payroll within a high-volume environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage teams across multiple locations
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills
• Proficiency with Excel, CRM Eclipse, Merit, and online portals (recruitment sector experience highly desirable)
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and a drive to exceed deadlines
