Description

Critically acclaimed, and multi-award winning studio wired into the heartbeat of Central London is on the look out for a talented BIM technician to join their team on an initial contract basis. If successful you will be joining a vibrant and award winning team, playing a key role in the technical support of highly anticipated aviation projects both locally and internationally throughout. You will help shape and support BIM standards by providing guidance on training requirements, optimising workflows, and troubleshooting implementation issues as needed. This studio is highly flexible, and offers you the opportunity to both work and thrive within a supportive and synergetic team. This role would suit an experienced BIM technician who is available within 2 weeks notice.

Job Description

Work within closely with the BIM design team to rationalise complex and parametric design projects
Translate Rhino models into technical production information using Revit
Oversee the BIM model
Troubleshoot, and help guide BIM standards
Work collaboratively with BIM coordinators and the wider BIM team

Key Skills

Part II qualified, MCIAT or equivalent
Ideally you will have large-scale project experience within a UK based studio
Experience taking projects from schematic through to DD stage is essential
Experience working in a collaborative studio and team
Revit and Dynamo proficiency
Team player and strong communication skills
