Description

Criterion Capital is looking for a proactive and detail-driven BIM Technician (MEP) to join our technical delivery team in London. If you thrive in a collaborative BIM environment and take pride in producing accurate, well-coordinated models, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality BIM models and drawings across mechanical, electrical, and public health services, working closely with engineers and design teams on a diverse range of projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and maintaining MEP BIM models using Revit
Producing coordinated 2D and 3D drawings across MEP disciplines
Coordinating models and supporting clash detection (e.g. Navisworks)
Implementing design intent alongside engineers and designers
Managing model updates across all project stages
Ensuring compliance with BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 standards
Supporting BIM Execution Plans and project workflows

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a BIM Technician (MEP)

or similar

Strong proficiency in Revit MEP

Solid understanding of MEP building services systems

Experience producing coordinated models and technical drawings

Familiarity with BIM standards and common data environments

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360
Knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows
Understanding of ISO 19650 processes
Background in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering
