Bioprocess Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

Your challenges:


  • You identify new sales opportunities by systematic market analysis and initiate sales opportunities by personal contact to prospective clients. You are responsible from initial contact until successful conclusion of the sales process.
  • You maintain and continue development of relationships with existing pharma, biotech and academic clients and develop your sales regions and product markets according to strategic goals.
  • You identify key decision-makers within prospective clients, arrange client visits with appropriate Eppendorf personnel and present products to client at client's site. In that regard you also identify future needs.
  • You inform customers on potential applications of all other Eppendorf products, relay any interest to appropriate sales personnel.
  • You actively support Marketing functions as well as bioprocess promotion activities and represent Eppendorf at trade shows and transnational bioprocess conferences to strengthen reputation and recognition of the brand image among customers.
  • You cater to service requests and forward to EBC (Eppendorf Bioprocess Center) service and support team if necessary.


Your expertise:


  • Academic degree in Bioengineering, Biotechnology or similar.
  • At least 3 years’ experience and deep knowledge in Bioprocess.
  • Experience with MS Office products and CRM-systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ideally located in the South of the UK, with flexibility and a high willingness to travel within the UK & Europe (30-40%).
  • Strong customer focus, collaborative nature, and results-driven working style.
  • You create trust through reliability, openness, and authenticity.
