Job Description
BLOCK MANAGER - HENDON - MON-FRI ONLY - £40-45,000PA
My client, Who are one of the the biggest Block Management companies in London and they have been open since 1974 are looking for a block manager to grow with their company !!
Duties
- Managing a large, but manageable residential portfolio
- Assume responsibility for the Health and Safety and compliance issues including risk assessments
- Responsible for managing site staff
- Assume responsibility for blocks including the preparation and management of service charges budgets, credit control and handling Section 20 procedures for qualifying works
- All-important communications with lessees and Clients on a regular basis, responding to tenants' calls and emails rapidly and proactively until resolution of any issues
- Regular site visits and chairing residents and Board Meetings, including AGMs and keeping property staff and standards up to scratch
- Working proactively with the accounts department
- A knowledge of the TRAMPS management system would be beneficial Identifying, investigating and resolving disputed items
- Assisting on LVT and other legal issues
Salary is £40,000 - £45,000
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
