Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Bodyshop Manager to oversee our bodywork operations at our Hessle location. This is a full-time on-site role where the successful candidate will lead daily workshop activities, ensure the highest standards of vehicle body repair and paintwork, manage a team of skilled professionals, and maintain efficient workflows while delivering on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, managing aftersales services, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and fostering a strong team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Body Shops and Workshops management, with knowledge of industry best practices and processes.
• Strong customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional service and address client needs effectively.
• Proven abilities in Aftersales management, ensuring high-quality support and services post-repair or vehicle delivery.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the capability to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders confidently and professionally.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving performance targets and quality standards.
• Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance processes, as well as understanding of health and safety regulations, is a plus.
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry or body shop is highly advantageous.
