About The Role
The Accident Repair Centre Manager / Bodyshop Manager role is both demanding and rewarding. It plays a critical part in:
- Supporting the Group Accident Repair Centre division and strategy
- Helping the wider Group achieve its objectives
- Maximising departmental profitability
- Achieving the business plan and company objectives
- Ensure the smooth and timely flow of work through the Bodyshop to maximise productivity
- Maintain high quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction
- Control and maintain resources, stock, and equipment to improve performance
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to:
- Create a motivational working environment
- Support colleague retention
- Encourage continuous improvement
- Promote enhanced performance
- Maintain excellent working relationships with work providers and suppliers
- Experience working within a Bodyshop or Repair Centre
- A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
