We're looking for a
Bond Warehouse Administrator to join our high-performing team in
Felixstowe.
What You’ll Do:
- Admin Excellence: Accurately complete all daily warehouse bond administrative tasks within set deadlines.
- Customer Focus: Handle service queries professionally via email and telephone.
- Transport Liaison: Coordinate with the transport team to ensure timely collection and delivery of goods.
- Order Management: Allocate and release orders efficiently and accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Stock Reconciliation: Match records across the Bond Management System and WMS, resolving discrepancies.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and generate daily reports, keeping systems in sync and compliant.
About You:
- Confident working with Warehouse Management Systems and bonded warehouse platforms.
- Some working knowledge of WMS Experience/ knowledge in Custom and Excise desirable.
- Administration and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ggood knowledge and experience in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work well both independently and in a team.
