Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Booking Officer located in Wallington. The Booking Officer will be responsible for managing property bookings, coordinating with local housing authorities and tenants, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties will also include acchieving bookings, maintaining bookings, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Booking Management Systems and Customer Service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
