Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Bromsgrove. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure effective performance in sales and customer service. Responsibilities will include monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a safe and productive workplace. The role also involves developing strategies to increase branch revenue and optimizing processes for better efficiency.
