We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Farnham team and continue building our reputation for outstanding, person-centred care.
💼 What You'll DoAs Branch Manager, you'll:
✔️ Lead a team of dedicated care professionals
✔️ Oversee day-to-day operations and compliance (CQC)
✔️ Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
✔️ Deliver high standards of care and service
✔️ Build relationships with clients, families, and the local community
🔍 What We're Looking For✅ Previous experience in a home care or healthcare leadership role
✅ Strong people management and organisational skills
✅ A values-driven approach to care and leadership
✅ NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
✅ Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
