Explore How You’ll Support Our Purpose…
- Ensure the phone is answered in a courteous manor and every effort is made to resolve the branch’s issue over the phone. Ensure that the phones are answered within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Ensure that all recording is completed promptly and all information is accurate.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed within set Service Level Agreements
- Ensure that all commination to branch is clear and understood.
- To ensure that any common issues / concerns are raised to your line manager promptly.
- To perform core tasks assigned while ensuring that own caseload is managed and prioritised to conclusion.
- You will be required to complete a branch visit to better understand the branch operation.
- Ensure that your conduct is professional at all times with both colleagues and external visitors.
- Follow all Health and Safety, Security, Data Protection and Anti Money Laundering policies.
- Any other reasonable requests made by eurochange.
