The Role
As a Brand Campaign Specialist at Frontiers, you will:
- Develop and maintain an annual calendar of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and key industry moments
- Lead cross-stakeholder meetings to align campaign objectives, gather input, and ensure smooth coordination across departments
- Monitor and track communications activity across Frontiers using dashboards and planning tools to ensure cohesion, avoid duplication, and identify opportunities for synergy
- Identify, repurpose, and create high-impact content that effectively communicates Frontiers’ brand story, mission, and values across multiple channels and formats
- Craft compelling narratives and messaging that communicate Frontiers’ brand story, mission, and values to external and internal audiences, enhancing brand recognition and trust
- Edit and proofread content across all communication channels, ensuring it reflects Frontiers’ voice, tone, and visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality
- Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns, gathering performance data, analyzing results, and producing clear reports and insights to guide continuous improvement
- Stay informed on major developments in open science and academic publishing, identifying timely opportunities to position Frontiers as a thought leader in relevant discussions
About You
- Proven experience coordinating brand or marketing campaigns across channels
- Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity principles
- Comfortable working with analytics and campaign performance data
- Curious, collaborative, and proactive in seeking out opportunities for alignment and impact
