Job Level: (Internal Reference Only) 2
Contract: Monday to Saturday - 30 hours p/w over 5 days. Part Time/Job Share would be considered. A flexible approach to this work pattern is required to work in the evenings and at weekends which can be mutually agreed in advance.

What the opportunity looks like:
The Brand Home Guide supports the Brand Home team to ensure that guests have the best experience possible while visiting the Jura Distillery. This includes hosting daily tours and tastings, serving customers in the shop as well as assisting in the running of the Jura Lodge.
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring the best levels of service at all times.
- Lead enjoyable & authentic guided tours of the distillery delivering the key messages across brand, process, history and products.
- Communicate your knowledge of Jura and the local area to deliver an authentic and entertaining tour experience.
- Conduct enjoyable tastings of Jura whiskies to visitors and invited guests.
- Assist in the maintenance and standards on the shop floor for all displays and merchandise.
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
For this role we're looking for:
- Some retail experience is preferred.
- Previous experience of working with the public is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers.
- Knowledge of the whisky industry is preferred.
- Passion for all things Whisky.
- Must be able to commute to Jura Distillery for working pattern.
