About the Schools - Cognita and Alleyn’s Schools Group Partnership:
Cognita has partnered with the Alleyn’s Schools Group to establish two leading independent day schools in north London. This pioneering collaboration brings together Cognita—one of the world’s most influential education groups, educating over 100,000 students across 21 countries—and Alleyn’s, south London’s finest co-educational day school and Co-educational School of the Year 2025 .
As part of the partnership, North Bridge House Regent’s Park Prep and North Bridge House Hampstead are becoming Alleyn’s schools. Alleyn’s Regent’s Park successfully transitioned this September, welcoming pupils aged 4–11. Alleyn’s Hampstead will follow in September 2026, offering an exceptional education for pupils aged 2–18 and bringing Alleyn’s distinctive ethos of academic excellence, creativity, and care to north London.

Brand Manager to join our fantastic team in this multi-site role.
About the Role:
As Brand Manager, you will lead the brand strategy for Alleyn’s Regent’s Park and Alleyn’s Hampstead—two dynamic schools within the Alleyn’s Schools Group and the Cognita family. You will define how our schools connect with families and communities, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and high standards. From shaping brand vision to delivering integrated marketing campaigns, you will oversee digital strategy, creative content, and PR activity that elevates our profile in a competitive marketplace.
You will collaborate closely with school leaders, admissions teams, and central marketing colleagues, while managing a talented team to deliver measurable impact. This senior role blends strategic leadership with hands-on creativity, offering the opportunity to influence growth and reputation at a pivotal stage in our development.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a senior marketing professional with strong strategic, digital, and brand expertise. You will bring excellent communication and analytical skills, proven team leadership, and experience delivering integrated campaigns, managing PR and reputation activity, and supporting crisis communications.
A relevant degree and a record of ongoing professional development are essential, alongside strong knowledge of digital tools, brand strategy, budget management, and compliance.
Desirable strengths include creative direction, thought-leadership development, confidence representing the organisation externally, and experience within education or multi-site environments. Additional qualifications—such as CIM/IDM accreditation, digital or analytics certification, PR or media training, leadership training, safeguarding knowledge, or creative-production skills—are highly valued.
