What is the role?

The Brand Management team are custodians of the Howden brand, supporting its development and guiding the business in its application. A close-knit team of two senior brand managers and two brand managers, reporting into the Director of Brand Strategy, we work alongside an expert team of designers and content specialists, driving global consistency through a combination of guidance, custom assets and templates, and an ongoing brand education programme.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced brand manager to share, explain and embed our brand with a large and rapidly growing business; someone who is looking to build on their expertise and is ready to champion our brand throughout the company. They will need an appreciation for creativity, an eye for detail, a methodical approach to delivery and strong communication skills.

Please note this is a full-time, permanent role based in our Central London office

What will you be doing?

  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and internal communities

  • Maintain our brand platform and associated DAM (Digital Asset Management system)

  • Create email and social media comms for our internal audiences

  • Review and update brand content to reflect our growing company credentials

  • Manage content translation workflows, liaising with local marketing teams to ensure nuance has been accounted for alongside technical accuracy

  • Feed back observations on brand application to inform the education programme

  • Assist in the production of global brand assets and templates

  • Ensure all materials are produced to high accessibility standards

  • Share our belief in the power of brand with colleagues across a global business

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in brand management, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment

  • A strong understanding of brand strategy, tone of voice, and visual identity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences

  • Experience managing digital assets and content platforms (e.g. DAM systems)

  • A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships across departments and seniority levels

  • An appreciation for design and accessibility standards

  • A genuine enthusiasm for brand and its role in shaping culture and business success
